  • As a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with mindful and engaged shoppers over two days at the Audain Art Museum.

    Your six foot table space is an opportunity to showcase and sell your creative wares, connect with other vendors and shoppers. It includes:

    -Vendor listing on our Bespoke Website

    -Electrical, available upon request (limited availability)

    COSTS:

    - 6’ x4’ including main room and first 4 hallway spaces with bench seating: $425 + GST 
    - 10’ x2.5’ hallway with chair beside booth: $325 + GST
    - Outside Space (with heaters):  $199 + GST

    *Please note: it includes a chair but not a table (we have limited tables onsite. Table requests go to first-come, first-served)

    ADD TO YOUR LIST TO BRING:

  • Set up will take place on Saturday, December 7 between 8am and 10am.

    Takedown will take place on Sunday, December 8 after 5pm when the market closes.

    The SEEK Bespoke Market and Audain Art Museum team will provide onsite direction to ensure a smooth load in and load out.

    A schedule will be emailed to you with your load in details closer to the event date.

  • The load in times will be sent to vendors the week of the event within designated time slots on Saturday, December 7 (between 8am-10am).

    There will be one entrance to load in from at the front of the venue on Blackcomb Way.

    Please note: Blackcomb Way has a 5-minute drop off area where you will park to unload. We ask for you to unload promptly within 15 minutes so others can then unload.

    These details will be included on the load in and load out document that will be sent two weeks before the event takes place.

    We ask all market vendors are ready for 1130am on Saturday and 930am on Saturday.

    On your Sunday arrival please use the front doors.

  • Each food vendor must comply with all VCH rules and have VCH approval before event day. You can fill out the temporary food services application by clicking here. Please apply for your permit 1-month in advance of our market date. If we do not receive this information, your Bespoke Market participation will not be excepted.

    *Due to venue regulations, hot food is NOT permitted to be served on the premises.

    The Museum is centrally located in Whistler Village in between Municipal Parking lots 3 and 4. Paid parking is available. For parking information visit The Resort Municipality of Whistler website.

    From Vancouver By Car:

    The drive from Downtown Vancouver to Whistler is approximately one hour and 40 minutes along the picturesque Sea to Sky Highway. Please note that winter tires are required in December. Information related to current road conditions can be found on Drive BC.

  • Vendors are encouraged to park in the day lots for the close proximity to the venue.

    The Audain Art Museum is located between the Municipal Parking lots three and four.

    There are free parking options available in day lots four and five. Day lots one, two and three are $10 per day, which can be purchased at one of the parking meters.

  • Yes, we will have a green room space for vendors where you can eat and hydrate. There is a fridge in this space available for your use.

    Extra tables for storage will be available in a space just off the main lobby.

  • Please make sure you’ve planned a sufficient data plan to receive payment from shoppers, although there is wifi available at the venue.

  • 1. Plan out your booth space in advance including how you’re going to merchandise your products. By pre-planning you’re giving yourself more ease for event load-in all the way to booth completion. Pro tip! Take pictures from home of what your space looks like so if you have helpers with you - you can give them a visual of what needs to be done.⁠

    2. Have a market toolbox. Need some ideas? Scissors, zap straps, electrical cords, trolley, phone chargers, business cards, postcards, samples, bags for your packaging and newsletter sign ups are just a few ideas to get you started!⁠

    3. Branded signage. Signage ideas include price point, ingredients of your product, how your product works… anything that helps potential shoppers make a quick decision.

    4. Data and payment systems organized - have your phone charged and ready to go. Many vendors use Square and it's also recommended to have a way to purchase from your website as a backup.⁠

    5. Make sure to plan out your meals (markets can go by quickly!) and you want your energy to stay high. Good food and hydration are key!⁠

  • We suggest bringing lighting to the musuem. Although there is natural light at the venue, the in-house lighting is on the dim side.

    Here are some suggestions for LED lamps. The clamp light (you will likely need to them after one day, so you may need a battery back like this one) or Portable Charging Light. You can also bring string lights to have on your table.

  • No, there is not. The closest one is across the street at the Brewhouse, if required.

  • The Audain Art Museum is a secure location and will be locked overnight. We do suggest you take high value belongings with you at the close of the market.

  • The Museum is a wheelchair accessible institution. Wheelchairs are available to visitors on a first-come first-served basis. Accessible parking is located at the north end of Day Lot Parking 3 and at the south end of Day Lot Parking 4. Wheelchair access is available via the street-level main entrance on Blackcomb Way.

  • Unfortunately, no. Due to the high security monitoring at the Museum - clothes steamers will set off the fire alarm. Vendors are permitted to use steamers. outside under the Museum.

  • Candles, propane, natural gas or any other flammable materials are not allowed inside the Museum. We require you to use a battery operated candle if required.

  • Dried florals are only allowed in Cressey Hall, but not the glazed hallway. If a shopper purchases a dried arrangement and will be continuing their shop around the Museum, please hold for them until they are leaving the market.

  • No, you cannot light candles at the museum due to the sensitivity of their sprinkler system.

  • Unfortunately there is no steaming onsite. Please steam before you arrive or you can do it outside. A steamer will set off the fire alarm.

  • We recommend that you comply with all business regulations when registering your business and collecting tax. If you have any questions on this subject please contact your accountant. Thank you for understanding!
