    We host markets in unique venues to elevate the overall experience for visitors and vendors alike.

  • As a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with mindful and engaged shoppers over two days at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler.

    Every vendor will receive a 6’ table and white linen which is included in their space.

    This is an opportunity to showcase and sell your creative wares, connect with other vendors and shoppers. It includes:

    -Vendor listing on our Bespoke Website

    -Electrical, available for perimeter booths only

    COSTS:

    $425 for a 6’ space

    $475 for a 10’x6’ space

    $499 for a 10’x10’ space

  • Load-in will take place on Friday, December 12, between 12-2pm.

    Load-out will take place on Saturday after the market is done. We ask vendors to only drive to the load out space once their items are packed and put on a trolley.

    The SEEK Bespoke Market and Fairmont Chateau Whistler team will provide onsite direction to ensure a smooth load in and load out.

    A schedule will be emailed to you with your load in details closer to the event date.

  • All load-in will take place through the main entrance at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Each vendor will have a 20-minute time slot, with three/four vendors scheduled per slot. Please unload promptly within your allotted time so the next group can access the entrance.

    Full load-in and load-out instructions will be shared in a document two weeks prior to the event.

  • Each food vendor must comply with all VCH rules and have VCH approval before event day. You can fill out the temporary food services application by clicking here.

    Please apply for your permit 1-month in advance of our market date. If we do not receive this information, your Bespoke Market participation will not be excepted.

    The hotel is centrally in Upper Whistler Village at Blackcomb Base.

    The hotel has Self-parking and it's $41 CAD/night plus taxes, with unlimited access.

  • Yes, we will have a green room space for vendors where you can eat and hydrate. There is a fridge in this space available for your use.

    Extra tables for storage will be available in a space just off the main lobby.

  • Please make sure you’ve planned a sufficient data plan to receive payment from shoppers, although there is wifi available at the venue.

  • 1. Plan out your booth space in advance including how you’re going to merchandise your products. By pre-planning, you’re giving yourself more ease for event load-in all the way to booth completion. Pro tip! Take pictures from home of what your space looks like so if you have helpers, you can give them a visual of what needs to be done.⁠

    2. Have a market toolbox. Need some ideas? Scissors, zap straps, electrical cords, trolley, phone chargers, business cards, postcards, samples, bags for your packaging and newsletter sign ups are just a few ideas to get you started!.

    3. Branded signage. Signage ideas include price point, ingredients of your product, how your product works… anything that helps potential shoppers make a quick decision.

    4. Data and payment systems organized - have your phone charged and ready to go. Many vendors use Square and it's also recommended to have a way to purchase from your website as a backup.⁠

    5. Make sure to plan out your meals (markets can go by quickly!) and you want your energy to stay high. Good food and hydration are key!⁠

  • We suggest bringing lighting to the hotel. Although there is in-house lighting, having additional lighting at your table is recommended.

    Here are some suggestions for LED lamps. The clamp light (you will likely need a battery back like this one) or Portable Charging Light. You can also bring battery operated string lights to have on your table.

  • The Fairmont Chateau Whistler is a secure location and will be locked overnight. We do suggest you take high value belongings with you at the close of the market.

  • The Fairmont Chateau Hotel accessible rooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure guests comfort and safety during their visit, and many of the hotel areas are fully accessible.

    Accessible parking is located at the hotel.

  • Vendors are permitted to use steamers inside the hotel.

  • Candles, propane, natural gas or any other flammable materials are not allowed inside the hotel. We require you to use a battery operated candle.

  • Unfortunately there is no steaming onsite. Please steam before you arrive or you can do it outside. A steamer will set off the fire alarm.

  • We recommend that you comply with all business regulations when registering your business and collecting tax. If you have any questions on this subject, please contact your accountant. Thank you for understanding!
