SEEK Bespoke Winter Online Market — Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application to the SEEK Bespoke Winter Online Market, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of participation.

Vendor Participation

  • Upon acceptance, your participation fee is due within 72 hours of being notified. If payment is not received within this window, your spot will automatically be released.

  • Vendor fees are final. We commit to marketing, production, and campaign costs well in advance of the market launch. For this reason, vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Vendors must only sell the products outlined in their application. Any changes to product offerings require prior written approval from SEEK Bespoke.

  • Vendors are responsible for the collection of applicable sales tax and for any payment processing associated with their own sales.

  • Vendors are legally liable for any negative consequences resulting from the purchase or use of their goods.

  • If any government agency, court, or regulatory body orders that the sale of your products cease, you will immediately comply with that order.

Listings & Marketing

  • Vendors agree that the photography and brand content submitted with their application may be used across SEEK Bespoke's marketing channels, including email, social media, and the online market platform.

  • Vendors are encouraged to actively promote the market throughout the campaign period (November 10 – December 10) via their own social media, newsletters, and community channels to support collective visibility for all participating brands.

  • Vendors agree to the use of their brand imagery and product photography for current and future SEEK Bespoke promotional purposes, including the website and social media.

Products & Compliance

  • Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, or approvals required to sell their products, including compliance with any applicable health or safety regulations.

  • Vendors selling food or consumable products are responsible for ensuring full compliance with all relevant health authority regulations.

  • Shannon June Enterprises Inc. is not liable for any damage, loss, or claim arising from a vendor's failure to hold appropriate insurance or comply with applicable regulations.

Liability & Indemnification

  • As a vendor, you agree to indemnify SEEK Bespoke and Shannon June Enterprises Inc. for any loss, fine, penalty, judgement, legal fees, or expenses reasonably connected with your failure to comply with the terms of this agreement, or any liability, negligence, or injury resulting from your products, actions, or conduct.

  • SEEK Bespoke will not be held responsible for any loss of income or sales during the market period.

  • SEEK Bespoke reserves the right to excuse performance obligations in the event of circumstances outside of its control, including but not limited to acts of God (fire, flood, earthquake, natural disaster, global pandemic), acts of war or terrorism, or any other hazardous situation beyond the reasonable control of Shannon June Enterprises Inc.

  • Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of your participation without refund.

  • By participating in the SEEK Bespoke Winter Online Market, you agree to represent your brand with integrity and in alignment with the values of the SEEK Bespoke community.
